Yeti and Friends Take a Tour of the Oregon Coast

Chugga, Chugga, WHOO-HOO! We’re going to get this train going super-duper fast. We just need some coal and some ignition tools. We’ve got enough friends to help shovel the coal into the fuel box, push the levers, and drive the engine. Yep, you guessed who’s conducting this giant machine- the one and only Yeti! We’ll work on getting things together and take off any minute.

Oh, Katie just shared some important information. Apparently trains need these things called tracks in order to go anywhere. Otherwise, their wheels just sink into the mud or grass or sand. GRRR. Guess we’d better keep shopping for a touring vehicle.

Aha! Now we’re talking! A giant tour bus. Just the thing to hold lots of friends and party food and entertainment for our travels. Awesome! Or, as the Brits would say “brilliant!” Can’t wait to rev this baby up and hit the road!

Ummm…. I happen to know a LOT about engines and driving things. And I know that it’s pretty impossible when there’s no steering wheel or gas pedal available. Lack of brakes- no problem. Lack of gas- definitely won’t work. We’ll have to keep looking. There must be something ready to drive!

Flicker spotted this amazing vehicle nearby. Look at the size of these trees! Any truck that can haul these massive things around must have a good engine. And a lot of horses powering it. So it will be just perfect for a group of Stuffies who want to check out the country. Here we GO!

Come ON. In case you can’t tell, the cab of this truck is covered in cobwebs. And the wires are hanging loose and disconnected from the battery. If you have some tools and can drop them by, that would be terrific. In the meantime, we’ll keep shopping for something, anything that moves. Pretty please?!

Never fear- we have done it! This old tractor is rusty and probably slow but it has everything needed to make it run. So, we’re revving the engine and rolling on out of this place. Sunny beaches, here we come!
