Slight Delay Leaving Scotland

Yeti, Taco, and all you Stuffie Fans- I have the most exciting news of all time! We were planning to leave the Isle of Skye and head to Wales…. until we heard there was a bagpipers’ festival in our town in Scotland. Yes, please! We got a great viewing location and man, were those players impressive!

And we made a new friend, Alexander. He’s one of the younger Scottish dancers and musicians. He gave us a warm welcome and explained what it takes to join the band. Sounds like it’s worth the effort.

When we left the parade, I saw this incredible tree. Surprisingly, no one was climbing it or sitting in it or hanging hammocks from it. I’m not sure why, since it was a quick hop, skip, and a jump over the fence to get to it.

I mean, look at this bark! Ready for climbing and scrambling. I am just the squirrel for the job.

Umm. I guess it was a bad idea to ignore the posted signs that said not to climb this tree. They said I need to spend some time in the dungeon until someone pays my bail…

Help?!
