A Warm Sunny Day at the Pond with Froggy
Remember me? I know, I know- it’s been a LONG time since you’ve heard from me. As you might recall, I’m always cold (thus the shirt). You haven’t heard much from me lately because I’ve mostly been hibernating in places with fuzzy warm blankets. Can’t get anyone to bring me hot chocolate…
It sure would be nice to take a break from all these snowy wintery adventures. Remember when it was perfect weather for a frog? It’s fine for all these warm-blooded friends to play in the snow but also ice fishing sounds terrible to me! Now, grasshopper ice cream on the other hand… That’s something I can get behind! Speaking of ice cream, the fresh snacks were one of the best parts of this trip.
What a week of sailing that was! Boy, that makes me think I should get started having some kids make me a better ship. If they can build it, I will come. Sailboats, canoes, kayaks, catamarans, ski boats- all are good. But if they really want to get on my good side, they will make me a fishing boat. With special live bait boxes just for me. And maybe an ice cream cooler. There’s plenty of time before Spring!
In the meantime, I’ll get back to enjoying the lovely pile of blankets awaiting a cute, napping froggy. Talk to you later when it’s 70 & sunny again!
