Money Well Spent

Hey, friends and fans! It’s me, Yeti. I’ve been getting a lot of correspondence since we shared pictures of our shopping expedition. For some reason, people are skeptical about where the money originated and whether we were skimming profits. We don’t know what you’re talking about.

Those of you that have been following my “Ruler of the Universe” campaign closely will know that some of our friends in MN have been working extremely hard on my behalf. S’mores and I thought it was important to reimburse them in some way, so we surprised them with a few small tokens of our gratitude.

Penne, Wol the Owl, and Flicker wanted to open a salon & spa. We gave them funding and enjoyed a preview of their services. We were pretty impressed with their initial efforts and know it will only get better as they get more practice.

Flicker is especially good at operating the hair dryer and permanent wave setter. Doesn’t S’mores look cozy in there?

Loonie and Amelia Airheart just wanted a personal bathtub so they could take a good soak whenever they wanted… without having to fly down to the lake. This seemed like perfect timing, since the lake will be frozen over for quite a long time yet. To have fun, just add water!

And some squirrels we know and love just wanted a lot of ice cream. Like, A LOT of ice cream. That’s easy. Here’s your own ice cream truck! (And, if you wanted to make some cash selling some of the supplies, we can make use of the money.)

Other friends didn’t want physical gifs. They wanted cool experiences and lifelong memories. Happy to oblige! For example, Ranger Rita wanted to take some friends on a National Parks & Monuments tour. We said, “Sure! Amazing!” and got them loaded up in an all-roads vehicle.

Flambé and Ferdinand asked for some surfing gear and lessons. We hooked them up. “Hang ten, little friends!”
