Tiny Yeti Helps a Friend
Oh, my gosh, oh my goodness! It’s me, Tiny Yeti and my dino friend. Yeti let me take over a post for this blog! Yippeee!!! I’m so honored and so excited and so eager to tell a story. But what story? What is exciting enough to be included? Oh, dear, oh dear…. what if I choose wrong? Will she never give me this chance again?
Sorry. Sorry, friends. Hold on just a moment. My dino friend has a question for me. I have to go and help. Excuse me for just a moment. I’ll be back as soon as I possibly can.
Friend! I’m so sorry to say I don’t know if you can eat that plant! Or this one. It does look pretty tasty!
But what if it’s poison or just bad for your tummy or tastes icky? What would I do then? What could you do? I think this might be a bad idea…
Whew. In case you were as worried as I was, it was okay. Turns out my dino friend liked that plant and it was super tasty. And no bad things happened afterwards. We went on a foraging adventure after that.
That one was also pretty scrumptious. We had to go find some more nibbles.
Oh, my goodness. Sometimes you don’t realize how hungry you are until you start eating. That must have been true for my dino friend. Apparently we were just getting started…
We might have spent the rest of the year snacking, except that we found a surprise that was even tinier than me.
Isn’t that teeny-tiny-itsy little bee just the cutest friend you’ve ever seen? I would have asked them to come home with us, but bees have stingers. I know they don’t mean to hurt people, they’re just scared, but I don’t want to get stung. No, thank you!
Seeing that tiny friend in disguise gave us the great idea to play hide-and-seek. Can you find me?
Oh, friends! So sorry to have scared you. Don’t worry! My dino friend didn’t leave me in there too long. See? It’s okay.
My friend dino had fun looking but also wanted to hide. Any luck?
i know! Such a great disguise! I had some trouble, but then I found dino friend. Yay for me! And us!
All of this helping and hiding and seeking is hard work! Have you ever spent so much time doing something fun and then realized you were super hungry and thirsty? Luckily our little bee knew just the place to find non-plant-based food for me. We’d love to recommend this breakfast place- terrific food and great service. Boy, oh, boy. We are set for life!
