Scottie's Day at the Lake

While I was sunning myself on the dock, some people came down to go fishing. I’m a little small for the pole, but that’s okay. I conned this big kid into doing all the work for me. Caught a big “Katie fish” (she’s a vegetarian and loves plants and wild edibles.)

All that fishing made me hungry so I thought I’d check out the local eating spots. The first one looked delicious, but I’m not strong enough to get it open. Thought I’d try the other feeder. Nuts! It’s empty! And I almost became a snack for Stella the dog. Escaped up the drainpipe, but had to get rescued.

I found out they were playing games on the deck, so I joined in as a cheerleader. Don’t get how they figure the points. Math has always been a challenge for me.

I can’t wait to figure out how to hitch a ride on an airplane so I can travel. I’ve heard they give out free peanuts- Hooray! I’m thinking about a nice warm place to get away from the snow. Let me know if you have any ideas for me.
